Share scenarios with other users and use commenting

Overview

This guide explains how to collaborate within scenarios in Agentnoon using scenario sharing and comments for real-time discussions and planning.

1. Sharing a Scenario

• Click the Share button on the left panel.

• Invite users who have access to your instance.

• Access Controls Apply:

  • If a user has restricted access to specific teams, they will only see scenario changes for those teams.

  • Scenario-level access does not override existing user permissions.

2. Using Comments for Collaboration

General Comments

• Type a comment to discuss changes or provide context.

• Engage in conversations within the scenario by responding to comments.

Position-Specific Comments

• Comment directly on a specific position.

• Example: If Sam Hart holds a position, you can leave a note like:

  • "Need to plan for him."

  • Tag relevant team members for feedback.

3. Live Collaboration

See who’s actively working on the board in real time. When collaborators are viewing or making changes, their profile icons appear at the top of the board. This helps you stay aware of ongoing edits and coordinate seamlessly with your team.

By leveraging scenario sharing, comments and live collaboration, teams can collaborate efficiently, track scenario changes, and communicate decisions seamlessly in Agentnoon.
