Before and After Analysis

Understanding the impact of position changes with Workforce Hub

Overview

This guide explains how the Workforce Hub in Agentnoon provides before-and-after comparisons to visualize the impact of scenario changes on key workforce metrics.

1. Navigating to the Workforce Hub

• Inside a scenario, go to the Org Chart dropdown.

• Select Workforce Hub to access workforce analytics.

2. Understanding Before & After Comparisons

• In a scenario, all charts display a before-and-after view to highlight changes.

• Example:

  • Headcount Comparison shows where increases or reductions have occurred.

  • Similar before-and-after views are available for:

    • Headcount Cost

    • Spans & Layers

    • Other workforce metrics

3. Customizing the View

• By default, Workforce Hub charts show changes side by side.

• To modify the view:

  • Click the drop-down toggle in the chart settings.

  • Choose to display only "before" or "after" data, or keep the side-by-side comparison.

By leveraging Workforce Hub comparisons, you can analyze workforce changes, measure organizational impact, and gain insights into scenario adjustments within Agentnoon.
