Overview

This guide explains how to navigate and customize charts inside Agentnoon’s Workforce Hub, helping you analyze workforce trends and key metrics efficiently.

1. Selecting a Chart

  • Use the first dropdown to choose from available charts.

  • Example charts include headcount trends, cost distribution, and spans & layers.

2. Configuring Chart Axes

  • The second dropdown sets the x-axis (e.g., department, entity, location).

  • The third dropdown sets the y-axis (e.g., total headcount, salary cost).

3. Filtering Data

  • Apply filters to focus on specific groups (e.g., select only certain departments).

  • Multiple filters can be combined to refine data further.

4. Adjusting Chart Settings

  • Click the gear icon on the right to access customization options:

    • Toggle between numbers vs. percentages.

    • Reorder chart axes for better visualization.

    • Enable additional settings specific to each chart type.

By using these features, you can tailor charts to highlight key insights, compare workforce metrics, and analyze trends effectively in Agentnoon.
