Overview

This guide explains how to edit user access, assign multiple scopes, and manage advanced access control settings in Agentnoon.

Deleting a User

  1. Navigate to the Access Control Panel.

  2. Select the user you want to remove.

  3. Click Delete to revoke their access.

Editing User Access

  1. Click on a user in the Access Control Panel.

  2. Change their Access Group (e.g., switch from HR to Admin).

  3. Click Update Scope to modify their data access.

Deleting a Scope

  1. Navigate to the user’s profile.

  2. Click Delete next to the scope you want to remove.

Assigning Multiple Scopes

  1. A user can have different levels of access for different teams.

  2. Example:

    • Scope 1: HRBP Access Group → Limited access to Sam’s team.

    • Scope 2: U.S. Team Access Group → Full access to the U.S. team.

  3. This allows flexible access control, where a user sees full data for one team but limited data for another.

  4. To enable this, create separate access groups with different field permissions and apply multiple scopes to the relevant user

Exporting Access Logs

  1. Click Export Access Logs to generate a report of user permissions.

  2. This helps admins track access history and ensure compliance.

Properly managing user access ensures security and flexibility in organizational data visibility.
