Overview

This guide explains the three ways to create scenarios in Agentnoon, how to name and track them, and how to navigate between different scenarios.

Ways to Create a Scenario

  1. Select Everyone: Duplicates the entire org chart into a new scenario.

  2. Blank Scenario: Creates an empty canvas for workforce planning.

  3. Filtered Selection: Allows scenario creation for a specific subset of employees using filters.

Steps to Create a Scenario

  1. Locate the + icon in the bottom left of your home screen

  2. You can also pen your Main Org Chart → Click Create Scenario.

  3. Select one of the three methods above.

  4. Enter a unique scenario name.

  5. (Optional) Set a budget to track financial impact.

  6. Click Next to generate the scenario.

Navigating Scenarios

  • The scenario name appears in the top left corner.

  • Click the dropdown menu to switch between different scenarios.

  • To return to your baseline (original data), select the first scenario in the dropdown, marked with a view button.

By using scenarios, you can model organizational changes, test different workforce structures, and analyze potential impacts in Agentnoon.
