      Explore Agentnoon's Latest Product Updates - September 2024.

      In September, we delivered features to boost flexibility and efficiency. Key updates include Projects for better organization, customizable powerpoint exports, and node reordering in scenarios. We also introduced in-app chat support for faster assistance, improved filtering and spotlight rules, and resolved important bugs to ensure a smoother experience. These updates provide more control and streamline how you manage your organization.

      🚀 What's new?

      Projects Functionality

      Now, you can manage and track projects within Agentnoon by subdividing your organization into smaller components.
      • Create projects that focus on specific attributes like departments or managers to avoid loading all employees at once.
      • Each project can have a defined scope, allowing you to model changes and create what-if scenarios within a more controlled environment.

      Improved PowerPoint Exports

      You can customize your orgchart powerpoint exports by choosing the number of layers to include.
      • Maintain key pills (e.g., job titles, departments) from card content on the org chart cards during export.
      • Filters applied in the org chart are now reflected in the powerpoint export, giving you full control over the output.

      Node Ordering in Scenarios

      You can now reorder nodes within scenario org charts, giving you more control over how data is displayed.
      • When inside a scenario, hover over a node and move them using the arrow keys right-left.
      • This feature allows you to manually adjust the sequence of roles, making it easier to prioritize key positions.
      • Additionally, the system automatically sorts nodes based on the size of the organizational units, with larger units displayed on the left.

      In-App Chat Support

      • Contact the support team directly via in-app chat for quicker responses to queries, bug reports, or feature requests.

      Filter by Level

      • Easily filter data by level for a more granular view of your organizational structure.

      State Attributes

      • When a role is created, duplicated, benched, marked as RIF, marked as exit, you now have the ability to enter fields, streamlining the process.

      Range Sliders for Spotlight Rules

      • We’ve added range sliders for setting spotlight rules for direct span of control and rollup span of control, offering precise control over organizational insights.

      Improved SSO Log in for Enterprises

      • Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available for email/password accounts, improving security and simplifying access.

      🔧  Improvements:

      1. Filtering Performance:

        We’ve optimized filtering performance, especially for large datasets (200,000+ employees), making data retrieval faster and more efficient.

      2. Scenario Comparison: 

        You can now compare scenarios with a detailed impact analysis, giving you better insights during workforce planning.

      3. Pyramid Chart Alignment: 

        Level alignment in pyramid charts has been improved for better visual clarity.

      4. Backfill Restoration & Filtering of Terminated Employees: 

        We’ve improved the filtering for terminated employees and restored the backfill process for more accurate reporting.

      5. Shift+Click Enhancements: 

        Added shift+click functionality for selecting columns during CSV export, along with updates to the project directory for smoother navigation.

      ✅ Bug Fixes

      1. Currency Fixes:

        Addressed currency issues in powerpoint exports, forecasts, and stacked headcount cost charts.

      2. PowerPoint Export: 

        Fixed problems with axis labels in horizontal bar charts and timestamp display for file generation.

      3. Compare Chart Bugs: 

        Resolved issues with chart comparisons in the Hub, ensuring accurate data representation for different metrics.

      4. Node Ordering & Meta Invalidation:

        Resolved issues with node ordering and meta invalidation in scenario org charts, ensuring smoother project management.

      5. Terminated Employee Filtering: 

        Fixed issues with filtering terminated employees to ensure they are properly accounted for in workforce scenarios.

      6. Infrastructure & Data Integrity Fixes: 

        Resolved migration issues and improved forecast stability to ensure smoother deployments and overall system reliability.
