This guide explains how the Workforce Hub in Agentnoon provides before-and-after comparisons to visualize the impact of scenario changes on key workforce metrics.
Inside a scenario, go to the Org Chart dropdown.
Select Workforce Hub to access workforce analytics.
In a scenario, all charts display a before-and-after view to highlight changes.
Example:
Headcount Comparison shows where increases or reductions have occurred.
Similar before-and-after views are available for:
Headcount Cost
Spans & Layers
Other workforce metrics
By default, Workforce Hub charts show changes side by side.
To modify the view:
Click the drop-down toggle in the chart settings.
Choose to display only "before" or "after" data, or keep the side-by-side comparison.
By leveraging Workforce Hub comparisons, you can analyze workforce changes, measure organizational impact, and gain insights into scenario adjustments within Agentnoon.
