Overview

Scenario symbols visually mark the changes you’ve made to roles or employees - like new additions, exits, or edits - so you can easily track updates, communicate intent, and stay aligned while planning.

RIF

Used to indicate roles that have been marked for reduction in force (RIF) or layoff.

Exit

Represents employees who have resigned or are leaving the organization voluntarily.

Edit

Marks any edits made to an employee or position’s data - ike title, salary, or department.

Newly Added Positions

Indicates a role or employee that has been added as part of the scenario.

Move

Represents a position that has been moved to a different manager or department in the org chart.

Bench

Used for roles you’re unsure about - often to flag positions you’re still evaluating or want to revisit later. No immediate decision is tied to it.

Indicates that an employee has been unassigned, leaving the position vacant but intact for future reassignment.

Marks a vacant role that has been filled and closed.
