Is the integration one way or two way?

• We have the ability to both read and write to your HRIS system.

• In terms of writing back to your HRIS system, what we do is create an export of all the changes made in Agentnoon in a format that your HRIS system understands. For example, our Workday customers get an EIB file.

• With this file, you just upload it into your HRIS system, and your administrator has to do one click to accept all the changes, and we automatically flow them through.
