General Org Chart:
- Cleaner and more organized org chart with role grouping: Grouping users by the same role minimizes clutter. Instead of displaying 20 employees with the same role separately, they are now grouped into one node by using the "Group by role" button inside card content. See detail.
- Long department names cleaned up: Agentnoon wraps all fields on the org chart to ensure an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- More robust forex conversion on calculated fields: Auto-calculated fields such as management cost now automatically apply forex exchange to the set currency.
- More support for EIB export for Workday users.
- Settings page now loads 300% faster.
- Filter Memorization: Filters are now memorized when switching between different views, eliminating the need to redo them.
- Added Total Cost in Manager View.
Scenario:
- Less manual entries with auto-copying of various fields: Preconfigured fields are copied automatically when creating new roles from existing employee templates.
For example, when a new role is added from an existing employee template, you can set it so that it copies over Division, Cost Center, Entity, Employee Grade, etc. Admins can configure this through "Duplication Presets" in Settings, See detail. - Intuitive custom field editing: Edit custom fields directly on the org chart without opening a side panel.
