Hub in Scenarios

See the impact of changes you do in your scenarios in intelligent org analytics and truly understand the structural and financial impact of your changes. Scroll down to see what you can find inside each Hub charts.

You can view the structural or financial impact using intelligent org analytics using the "Workforce Hub View" feature inside a scenario. 

1. Click "Workforce Hub View" button right next to the List View button or press 4 on your keyboard.
2. This is how your Hub Dashboard would look like and you can click into various charts to see the impact of your scenarios in. Select the charts in the hub and view the before and after images for that scenario.
3. Once you're inside a chart, you can use the "Super Filter" feature to narrow down and see the chart just for the filtered group you've selected:
   
4. Once inside a chart, you can add the chart to your slides pack by clicking the "Export PowerPoint" button on top right side of your screen:
   
5. Once inside a chart, you can download the chart by clicking the "Export PNG" button on top right side of your screen:
   
6. Once inside a chart, you can go to the main Hub Dashboard by clicking the "Go to hub" button on top right side of your screen:
   
   
7. Once inside a chart, you can switch between any charts by selecting the chart from the "dropdown" on top left side of your screen:
   

1. Org Map: 

1. Visualize the changes on orgmap charts. The changed bars will have a higher opacity of colors:
   
   
2. Hover over the bar that’s changing and see the impact on headcount and headcount spend:
   
   
3. Visualize your Org Map by any attributes you bring to your Agentnoon account:

2. Layers and Depth: 

1. Visualize the changes on layers & depth as the layers are highlighted by blue color where the changes have taken place:
2. Hover over the changed bars to see the impact on that bar:
   
   
3. Visualize your Layers & Depth chart by any attributes you bring to your Agentnoon account:

3. Layers and Span of Control: 

1. Visualize the changes on layers & span of control as the layers and span of control group are highlighted by blue color where the changes have taken place:

4. Headcount Distribution: 

1. Visualize the changes on headcount distribution as the before and after bars are highlighted by different colors:

5. Headcount Cost Distribution: 

1. Visualize the changes on headcount cost distribution as the before and after bars are highlighted by different colors:

3. See a summary of the changes in total employees cost and total managers cost on top of the chart:

6. Headcount Growth:

3. Switch the time breakdown from Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly from the top-left button on your chart:
