Position Based Planning Guide
Agentnoon's positions based workforce planning allows you to plan your workforce by positions for any business scenario.
- To create a positions based plan. Click on the "Create scenario" button and then click on "Positions" .
- Then, filter our the people/teams you want to plan for. In this example I've planned it for the whole company and named it Finance 2025 Q2. Click on next when you're done and your positions based scenario should be set up.

You can use all these features in your positions scenario:
- Drag and drop org chart nodes.
- Change reporting structure by using drag drop feature.
- Bulk select and edit manager.
- Bulk select and edit an attribute.
- Edit employee details.
- Mark an employee as RIF.
- Delete an employee.
- Duplicate a node (this copies the role details and create a node with the same reporting structure)
- Add a dotted line reporting by clicking on the button and selecting the manager.
- Add a backfill for a position.
- Add a hire date for a role/position for the future.
