Forecast v2 provides advanced workforce planning capabilities, including fully loaded compensation forecasting, headcount analysis, and flexible drill-downs by custom attributes.
Accessing Forecast
From Main Org Chart
- Click on the main org chart board to access your organizational data.
- In the main org view, click the feature dropdown button and select Forecast.

1. Forecast Fully Loaded Compensation
Navigate to headcount cost

- Navigate to the dropdown menu in the top bar of the Forecast screen, and select Headcount Cost.
- This includes components like salary, benefits, taxes, etc.

Adjusting time periods

- Use the time breakdown options to switch between monthly, quarterly, or yearly views.

2. Forecast headcount

- Navigate to the dropdown menu in the top bar of the Forecast screen, and select Headcount.
- In this view:
1 represents a filled position, showing roles that are currently occupied.
0 represents a vacant position, highlighting workforce gaps that need attention.
This system provides a clear snapshot of your current and future workforce availability, making it easy to identify roles that are filled and those that require hiring or backfilling

3. Drill down by Attributes and Filters

- Select between department, project, manager, or any custom attribute added to your account. The forecast will update dynamically based on your selection, allowing you to analyze specific segments of your organization.

Exporting Forecasts
Exporting to CSV:
Click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner, and export your forecast as a CSV file.
