# Live Data Refresh

### Overview

Real-time data integration synchronizes data from multiple sources on a defined, customer-configured refresh cadence. This ensures that recent data is available for analysis and operational use without requiring manual updates.

### Key Features

* **Configurable Data Refresh:** Data is refreshed on a schedule defined by the customer, allowing systems and analyses to stay aligned with the most recent available information.
* **Reduced Data Silos:** Integrated data is made available in a unified view, making it easier to access and analyze information that would otherwise reside in separate systems.
* **Secure Data Transfer:** Data is transferred using secure, automated processes that support large-scale ingestion into Agentnoon while maintaining data integrity and protection.

### Summary

Scheduled data integration improves data availability and accessibility, supporting analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making. The next section describes three available methods for integrating data.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.agentnoon.com/technical-documentation/what-is-a-live-data-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
