Customizing Span of Control Distribution

Configure and personalize different types of visualizations in our Hub.

You can customize your analytics, which you can access by hitting the graph icon in the top panel to get to "Hub" in Agentnoon, in two key ways.

1. Change the span of control chart by selecting to view the graph by office location or department.

2. Change the span of control chart by selecting the people who have a 1-1 span, 1-5 span, greater than five, or any combination of those selections.
