Compensation Confidentiality Control

Agentnoon's compensation confidentiality control allows you to give access to people for salary benchmakrs by departments

1. To give people access to salary benchmarks by departments, go into the Compensation screen by clicking the "Compensation" button:
2. Then, go into "Confidentiality control " tab (Only accessible to Admins):
3. Then, select the people you want to give access to salary benchmarks for a particular department:
   Note: They'll only be able to view the salary benchmarks for the said department.
