# June 2025

**June Highlights**

June's updates make planning cleaner and more reliable with more accurate data to work with, clearer signals on structural and cost patterns, and greater consistency across how teams view and use org information.

## 🚀 What's New?

### New planning metrics

We've added new roll-up and ratio-based metrics to help spot structural and cost patterns faster across the app.\
These include:

* IC cost ratio
* average salary
* average manager salary
* average IC salary
* ratio of 1:1 managers

### Field configuration

The Field configuration tab has been redesigned to give admins greater control over how workforce data is structured and displayed. You can now:

* Organize **Groups** (People vs Position) for cleaner data clustering.
* **Reorder fields and groups** to control how information appears in org charts, profile pages, and scenario editing panels.
* Configure fields with **custom dropdowns, visibility rules, and mandatory settings** to ensure data consistency and focus.
### Export permissions by access group

Admins now have finer control over who can download data from Directory, Org Chart, Forecast, and Hub.

* Toggle export rights directly in the access control panel.
* Assign permissions by group, with the system automatically applying the most permissive access level for users with multiple groups.
### Revamped settings UI

The Settings panel is now organized into **focused tabs**, making it easier to find, configure, and manage fields, permissions, and other key controls.

* **General:** Configure approvals, set org roots, manage default views, and handle core org settings.
* **Colors:** Define hub and org chart colors for clearer visual cues and faster interpretation.
* **Fields:** Reorder, group, and customize fields to control how data appears while planning.
* **Metrics:** Build custom metrics and Spotlight presets to track exactly what matters for planning.
* **Compensation:** Map rate cards and manage compensation inputs for accurate cost planning.
* **Admin:** Upload skills data, set up org units, and configure advanced admin options.
* **SSO:** Set up and manage secure Single Sign-On access.
## **✅** Improvements

### Improved partial uploads

* Updated employee records can now be imported without manager details. If the manager already exists in your workspace, Agentnoon will automatically append reporting lines.
* You can now update multiple records tied to the same employee ID - perfect for cloned roles, detached positions, or succession planning scenarios.

### Multiple slide locking

You can now lock **multiple** slides in a pack before sharing to keep critical data unchanged while still allowing edits where needed.

### Enhanced access control

Admins now have better control over field visibility and editing for users with multiple access scopes. Permissions across overlapping scopes are applied intelligently, ensuring users see and edit exactly what they’re allowed to, even in complex org setups.

### Editable custom formulas

Custom formulas can now be edited directly, letting you adjust assumptions or test new cost models without starting from scratch.

### Access group renaming

Access group names can now be edited directly from the control panel for easier management.
