### January Highlights

We’re starting the new year with updates designed to enhance your planning, reporting, and data management. With a revamped settings UI, expanded slide pack options, and improved impact tracking, these updates provide greater flexibility and efficiency for your organizational workflows.

### 🚀 What's New?

**Shortlist Employees for Position Assignments**

Instead of assigning a position directly to a single individual, you can now create a shortlist of potential candidates.

Navigate to un-assigned employee card and click add to position. You'll now be able to shortlist multiple people for a singular role

#### **New chart options in Slide Packs**

We’ve added more dynamic chart options to slide packs, giving you richer data presentations for meetings and reviews.

#### Revamped settings UI for easier configuration

We’ve redesigned and consolidated the Settings page, combining previously scattered configurations into an intuitive layout with four key tabs: General, Compensation, Fields, and Other. This update simplifies access and management of important settings, improving workflow efficiency.

   Manage core settings such as organizational details, and branding options.

#### **Detailed Impact of Planned Changes**

Impact of planned changes now provides more detailed insights into the cost impact of your scenario changes. You can now track changes to total employee costs and any custom cost formulas you’ve added along with Salary.

#### **Enhanced Layers Table with Impact Reporting**

The Layers Table now displays the impact of scenario changes directly within the chart, offering a clear summary of headcount, cost, and salary adjustments while allowing you to track the effects of actions like new hires, reductions, or salary changes across organizational layers.

**Simplified importing for employee position data**

You can now import position IDs, along with employee IDs directly into Agentnoon, making it easier to populate and update your org structure efficiently.

**Custom branding options**

Customize your workspace with your company’s branding. Choose brand colors and upload your company’s logo directly within the settings section, creating a more personalized experience.

**Download before, after, or change states in Hub Charts**

You can now export charts with before-and-after views, allowing you to highlight key changes and impacts for better decision making.

**Rate Card mapping**

We’ve added the ability to map rate card configurations directly within the sidebar, making updates to compensation and other data fields more seamless and efficient.

**Improved people search for attached positions**

You can now filter and search for individuals attached to positions directly from filters within scenarios - making it easier to locate specific role assignments and streamline workforce planning.
