April Highlights

This month’s updates put flexibility and focus in your hands. From simpler data uploads to customizable access and focused views, everything is built to help you move faster, present clearly, and stay in control.

## 🚀 What's New?

### New Landing Page Experience 

Your Org Chart, Projects, and Scenarios - all in one place. Access your main org, view, manage and create new scenarios, and switch between projects. Everything you need to plan and organize is just a click away.

### Partial Uploads

Instead of uploading your entire dataset, you can now upload only the records that have changed.  Append new roles or update fields without affecting existing data, and see your changes reflected instantly in the app.

### Access-Based Feature Locking&#x20;

Admins now have control over who sees what. Limit access to specific sections - like Main Org Forecast, Projects, Hub,  based on user roles - so each person only views what’s relevant.&#x20;

* Go to Manage Access Groups&#x20;
* Choose an access group&#x20;
* Select which sections you want to limit access to

### Default View Assignment

Admins can now assign saved org chart views to specific users so they only see relevant org data. The view loads automatically, cutting out extra layers and filters.

To assign a view to users:

* Go to Settings → General and select the scenario or board
* Pick the saved view and assign it to the invited user
* The view will auto-load the next time they open the scenario

## **✅** Improvements

### Headcount Breakdown in Summary View

The Summary View now shows a clear count of all headcount changes - across every type of scenario action.

### Editable Hub Chart Exports

Hub charts can now be exported as fully editable visuals instead of static images. You can customize labels, tweak font sizes, and modify layouts directly in PPT.
