Overview

Approval flows ensure that changes made in a scenario go through the necessary review process before implementation. Scenario creators can define a structured approval flow with two levels of approvers, keeping decision-making streamlined and transparent.

1. Setting Up Approvals

  • After making changes in a scenario, click the Configure Approvals button to assign approvers before submission.

  • There are two levels of approvals, which the scenario creator defines.

  • Approvers receive notifications to review the scenario.

2. Locking a Scenario

  • Optionally, check the box to lock the scenario after submission to prevent further edits.

  • Locked scenarios can only be viewed and approved—reviewers cannot make changes.

3. Approving a Scenario

  • Approvers can review the scenario details but cannot edit them.

  • Approval must be granted at both levels for the scenario to proceed.

  • Once fully approved, the scenario is finalized and ready for implementation.
