# Notifications

Agentnoon sends notifications to keep you informed of key platform events, delivered in-app (notification bell) and by email for time-sensitive events.

## What Triggers Notifications

* **Approval requests** — When a scenario is submitted for your approval. Delivered immediately via email and in-app.
* **Approval status updates** — When a scenario you submitted is approved or rejected. Delivered immediately.
* **Invitations** — When a scenario is shared with you. Delivered immediately by email.
* **Account creation** — When a new Agentnoon account is created for you by an admin. Delivered by email with login instructions.

## What Does NOT Trigger Notifications

* Changes made inside a scenario by other collaborators
* Comments added to a scenario or position
* Presence of other users in a scenario

To coordinate on scenario changes, use the comments feature or communicate outside Agentnoon.

## Viewing Notifications

Click the notification bell in the top-right corner to see recent in-app notifications.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem                               | Solution                                                                                                                      |
| ------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Not receiving approval request emails | Check spam; verify your email address in your profile; contact admin                                                          |
| Not receiving invitation email        | Go directly to app.agentnoon.com and signup with your account - you'll get redirected to the Organization you were invited to |
| Missing approval status update        | Check the scenario's Approvals panel directly                                                                                 |
